A Note From Marta
I created Productive Health because too many women hit menopause and perimenopause and suddenly feel lost in their own bodies, tired, heavier, and unsure where to turn.

This stage of life isn’t talked about enough, and when it is, the advice can feel overwhelming, unrealistic, or just not made for us.
I wanted to change that.

This program is for women who want to feel strong, supported, and in control again, even if they’re brand new to exercise. We focus on simple strength training, realistic nutrition, and everyday habits that rebuild confidence, energy, and a sense of self.
